When does my first trunk ship?
Trunk 001 is a pre-order. Sign up any time through October 14, and trunks begin shipping November 1.
Every pre-order gets Trunk 001 free, shipping included — on the quarterly plan there's nothing to pay today at all.
You're charged when you order, not when it ships — that's what lets us get the boxes made in time.
What does “first trunk free” actually mean?
Order through October 14 and you don't pay for Trunk 001 — one free trunk for every camper you sign up.
On the quarterly plan your total today is $0. You still set up your card — it's a subscription, so we need it on file — but nothing is charged. Your first $59.99 (plus $5 shipping) comes about 90 days from now, and it brings Trunk 002. Stay through that first paid trunk; after it, skip or cancel any time.
On the annual plan we take one trunk off the year: $164.97 instead of $219.96. Four trunks, pay for three, and your first year ships free.
No code to type. It comes off automatically at checkout. Pre-order closes October 14.
When do the rest come?
Every 90 days from the day you signed up. So if you order October 3, your first trunk ships November 1, then early January, early April, and early July.
With the free first trunk, that November box costs you nothing — your billing starts with the January one.
Each quarter has its own trunk, and everyone who's billed during that quarter gets that one.
How much is shipping?
Trunk 001 ships free when you pre-order by October 14. After that, every trunk ships for a flat $5, added to your 90-day payment. On the annual plan, your whole first year ships free.
Every trunk ships for a flat $5 within the U.S. Quarterly members pay it with each 90-day payment; annual members pay shipping for all four trunks with the year.
Can I skip a trunk?
On the quarterly plan, yes, once your second trunk is paid for. Skip from your account and that charge doesn't happen. Your subscription picks back up the following quarter.
On the annual plan, there's nothing to skip — you've already paid for all four trunks, so you get all four. If you want a break, cancel before your renewal date (from your account, or email tradingpost@cho-yeh.org) and you'll keep every trunk you paid for.
What if my camper grows out of their size?
They will — that's the job. On the quarterly plan, sign in to your account and change the size. The next trunk ships in the new size, and nothing else about your subscription changes.
On the annual plan, email tradingpost@cho-yeh.org and we'll switch it for the rest of your trunks.
Do it any time before a trunk ships. Quarterly members get a reminder before each charge, so you don't have to remember.
